Windows Live Hotmail's spam filtering is great but we are finding that some of our emails don't always arrive.
To make sure that you get all registration and notification emails from us it's best to add us to the Safe Senders list of your hotmail account. To do this you need to follow the following steps:
- On the right hand of the screen Select Options | More Options... from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar (or just Options if you use Windows Live Hotmail classic).
- Follow the Safe and blocked senders link under Junk e-mail.
- Click Safe senders.
- Type in roofandwalls.co.uk into the the Safe senders list in the Sender or domain to mark as safe: entry field.
- Click Add to list >>.
